CreatorHub

CreatorHub is a full-stack digital marketplace designed to support creators in publishing, managing, and selling digital products through a structured and scalable workflow. The project was built to closely resemble a real-world production system, focusing on clear role separation, secure transactions, and maintainable architecture rather than purely visual presentation.

The platform implements a multi-role system consisting of Admin, Creator, and Buyer roles. Each role has clearly defined permissions enforced through role-based access control, ensuring that sensitive operations such as product moderation, payout approvals, and platform management are restricted to authorized users only. This approach allows the system to scale in complexity while keeping the codebase organized and predictable.

Authentication and session management are handled using JWT combined with HttpOnly cookies to improve security against common client-side vulnerabilities. To maintain a smooth user experience across protected routes, a custom route-guard mechanism was implemented to prevent unauthorized access without interrupting navigation flow.

CreatorHub integrates the Midtrans Core API to handle automated digital payment workflows, supporting virtual accounts and e-wallets. The system manages transaction creation, payment status tracking, and post-payment digital asset delivery, providing practical experience in integrating third-party financial APIs and handling asynchronous transaction states.

To streamline the creator onboarding process, the platform includes an AI-assisted feature that helps generate product descriptions based on structured user input. This feature demonstrates how AI can be applied as a productivity tool to reduce manual effort while maintaining content consistency.

The frontend is built using Next.js and TypeScript with a strong emphasis on reusable components, predictable data flow, and type safety. TanStack Query is used for server-state management and caching, while React Hook Form and Zod ensure reliable form handling and validation. The backend follows a RESTful architecture using Node.js, Express, Prisma, and PostgreSQL, resulting in a cohesive and maintainable full-stack application.
